Shipping Information and policies
All our items are shipped from the United Kingdom. Default shipping comes without track and trace unless you select this on checkout.
As all our plush items are handmade all international order are shipped with track and trace for your peace of mind and ours - one loss is one loss too many. UK order are signed for unless specified.
Please be aware that for legal reasons we are required to declare the purchase price of the item on the delivery documents. We have no control over any import charges that may be applied by individual countries.
Returns and exchange details
In line with EU regulations you are entitled to return your purchase for a refund within 14 days of receipt of your item. However, this does not apply to custom orders as they are specially made just for you - if you're not sure whether or not you're entitled to a return, please do contact us.
Unless goods are faulty, the cost of return shipping is payable by the buyer. If items have been damaged in shipping, we will need a photograph of the damaged item and packaging so that we can file a claim with Royal Mail.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide us with a correct shipping address. We will not refund any items that cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping details.
Due to the nature of the items we sell, we can only give a refund if the returned goods are still in their original condition (e.g. not worn, stained or contaminated by cigarette smoke, pet dander etc.)
Our plushies are age 14+ collector's items, and are for decoration only.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders
